PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of New Townhomes
The Somerton Valley Homes is located in Feasterville/Trevose off of Somerton Road and Carters Mill Road as well as on Master Avenue and Graystone Drive. This project included to construction of approximately 175 new townhomes. The project is currently in Phase II of III with estimated completion in 2016.
Milestone has serves as the construction manager on this project by coordinating project needs such as the project schedule with the subcontractors and the owner to maintain an aggressive schedule.
