PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Geothermal Installation
Milestone is currently working at the Northeast Incinerator Building located at 3901 N. Delaware Ave. in Philadelphia, Pa for Phase four of a multi-phase project. This will be Milestone’s second time contracted with the project team to meet the project’s environmental LEED goals. Milestone will create and coordinate the project schedule with its subcontractors and the owner to maintain an aggressive schedule.The projects emphasis is to convert the old Incinerator building into a usable office space. The project consists of installation of a geothermal well field and its related piping, porous paving and sanitary sewer lateral work.
