PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO - Milestone
Construction provides the latest in digital photography technology
and video documentation to meet all your preconstruction, progress
photo and post -construction documentation needs.
COST REPORTS – Milestone
Construction has experienced Project Executives and Managers that
will compile information such as material costs, labor costs, work
completed, work pending, value engineering, potential change orders,
requests for information, open issues, etc. and forward them in
a progress report to the Architect and Owner on a monthly basis.
SCHEDULING – Milestone
Construction has experienced personnel that will track the project’s
progress, coordinate the various scopes of work, review items with
the Owner’s needs and distribution from financing to permits
to construction to turn over.
CONSTRUCTABILITY REVIEW –
Milestone Construction via its various types of contracts offers
an experienced team to review construction documents during the
design phase with the architecht and/or owner prior to issuance
of construction documents to minimize unauthorized clarifications
and cost issues during the construction process.
