The Principal

Rocco Cavallo is Milestone’s Chief Operating Officer. Rocco brings to the table a forte of General Construction, Construction Management, Design/build expertise, Architecture and Manufacturing expertise. He has served as an estimator and project manager for the two largest builders in Philadelphia. He has presided over many prominent projects with vast diversification. From public to private, lump-sum bid to negotiated, land acquisition, and planning to punchlist. Projects include: Pharmacies, Schools, Paint Booths, Aviation, Freezer Buildings, Playgrounds, Gymnasiums, Schools, Detention Facilities, Industrial Buildings, Hospitals, Libraries, Highways, Bridge Reconstruction and Recreation Centers.

Milestone celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2009 and together, Rocco has forged a team of professionals that will successfully take a job “from conception to completion”.
